The addition of warm steamed towels, warm stones, light cupping with silicone cups, stretching and gentle rocking is often used depending on each person’s needs. 

With knowledge and experience behind an intuitive knowing, my hands lead the way and help release chronic tension, holding patterns and built up physical, and often emotional issues residing within the body.  

My touch has been described as gentle and deep, and I can work on all levels of pressure as needed, from very deep, to energetic only. I feel where there is resistance in the tissue, go to that point of resistance and allow it to soften and then go deeper as it opens up. Often I will be shown in my own body while I am working with someone, an area of specific pain or sensation so that I may better identify and understand key areas and how best to treat them.  

Providing a safe place, working with the breath and listening to what your body needs and allowing, not forcing, lets the body, mind and spirit free itself, and brings awareness and release.

  • This is a light, sweeping touch, without oil, on the front of the body only, following the lymphatic channels to boost your lymphatic system, helps with stagnancy, swelling, and is immune boosting. Good to do pre or post surgery, around a fast or cleanse, and anytime any lymphedema is present. I will typically train you as we go as its a simple procedure that can and should be done at home, especially for those dealing with lymphatic issues. There is breath coaching, compression at the main thoracic channel to pump and clear and stimulation and pumping at all the other main lymphatic collection points, at the neck, arms, stomach, legs and behind the knees and feet and sweeping and manually pushing the lymph fluid in the right direction. Pillows are used to help boost the flow towards the center of the body. It is typically a 45 minute session.  A locally made lymphatic herbal support tea blend will be given to take home as well as a self care information sheet with directions.

  • This is done side lying with a body pillow for support as we access key areas like the side of the torso, hips, shoulders and low back, the rest is done laying face up and propped up supporting your back taking pressure off of your sacral area. Weleda Pregnancy oil is used in areas that are experiencing the most strain and stretch on the skin.

  • With a 2 person minimum I will come to your site; home, rental, venue, and work in your space, and with a group of people, up to 6 people in a day. For a larger group with enough advance notice I can set up another therapist if that is needed or preferred for time efficiency. I bring everything from table to sheets and blankets, table warmer, and stone warmer, and music. I ask that we remain on the first floor and in a room with ample space to move around the table, a 10 x 12 clearing or more is ideal. 

    An outcall fee of $25 per session for distances under 30 minutes away, 0ver this distance the rate is $40 additional per session and is added to the regular rates.  All the services listed above are available for outcall.

Spirit Guide Team Oracle readings

TIn 2024 all the subtle nudges towards a higher connection that I’d had throughout my life suddenly opened up into full and direct contact with my spirit guides and passed on souls. Within a very short span of time I was suddenly receiving messages for myself, my loved ones, clients,  giving very specific details about health advice, messages directly from passed on loved ones, even mysteries, missing person cases. This was all a swift and intense awakening to a deeper understanding of the realm of spirit, of our connection to source and to the divinity that we all have within us, within our heart center. Our soul chose to be here, right now for a reason, and often traveled far and wide through lifetimes and incredible journeys to express itself just as you are in this moment. 

Spirit teams for other people now connect and give messages through me with the 45+ oracle decks I work with, and the use of the pendulum and pendulum charts to identify who is coming through for you, who is on your spirit team, and what messages they have to give to you. They identify each deck that has messages and essentially energetically “zap” each card (as they have described it) and they will speak directly to your soul’s needs at any given moment with the goal of guiding you to your highest potential and timeline possible.

In spirit guide readings repeated keywords or themes will show up, and they often will use the cards to speak to a very specific situation you might be going through or have just been through or is about to occur, even down to describing people in your life through images or words in the cards. I connect in with my spirit team to yours to best interpret what they are coming through with, and then you bring even more depth and understanding to each message, as it will all have so much more meaning to you.

  • The guides often come through with what areas are blocked or opening up, and often have direction on techniques specific to you to get back into balance or raise your frequency up. This reading will specifically address your spiritual and energetic state, will check your chakra system, and even the physical body sometimes, show you where you are blocked, where you are expanding, and how to work with the energies to improve your overall wellbeing.  Note that this is not to be taken as medical advice, but is guidance from your team to assist your body mind and soul towards balance.

  • You can chose your reading by number of decks but ultimately the guides will make it known if there is need for more or less so I would discuss with you and make any necessary and agreed upon adjustments before proceeding.  Most likely it will be able to be kept within the requested number. But for example if you request a 5 deck and the guides say it’s actually needing to be 7 decks you still will pay the 5 deck rate.

  • We all can connect in to our own spirit team and to the realms, and it starts with connecting to our higher self, grounding and deep breathing. This basic training on how to use a pendulum to tap into your higher knowing and guidance will include a pendulum, brief grounding and tapping into light and divine source using your breath and a chart on self care and energy centers to practice using the pendulum with, as well as a basic training on how to find your higher self’s yes and no and how to begin working with your own energy to help you with life choices big and small.
